When we feel resilient, we can pick ourselves up when we face unexpected outcomes or situations. This workshop focusses on how we can create a sense of resilience and utilise it when faced with new challenges or unfamiliar environments.
In this workshop we support participants to develop their resilience, exploring when and how they have been resilient in the past and how they can apply their experience, with new tools and awareness, to their present and future.
Participants leave our resilience workshop feeling confident in their ability to more readily bounce back from life’s setbacks and with an enthusiasm to take healthy risks and to positively respond to failures.
