The GC Index® is the organimetric that empowers organisations to drive performance and achieve innovation by creating game-changing teams and cultures.
The GC Index is a tool, framework and common language for organisations to use that effectively demonstrates an individuals’ energy for impact. Based on the life cycle of a project, it looks at where individuals can have the greatest impact in their roles and the value that they bring to the places that they work in.
We use this tool as a starting point for many of our coaching programmes and organisational support. It provides insight into the satisfaction and potential frustrations of people’s experience whilst ensuring observations are objective and based on business outcome, not personal behaviours.
Our workshops and use of the GC Index encourage a greater sense of personal responsibility in employees and students. Levels of stress are reduced as purpose, self-belief and communication increases. This results in performance improvements at an individual, team and organisational level.
