Motivation workshop

Supporting individuals to find their spark, drive and focus, and learning how best they can keep that spark lit.
We understand that motivation looks different to everyone and means different things to different people. This workshop helps participants to identify why and when they feel motivated so that they can apply that knowledge to other scenarios where they would like to feel more motivated.
Our coaching programmes help our students feel 45% more motivated, and we bring this coaching approach to achieve the same results with this workshop. We help individuals to increase their personal responsibility and connect to their ‘Why’, leaving them feeling more driven and motivated with clear actions and a plan to take them forward.
Participants leave this session feeling inspired to achieve, with a clear understanding of what to do when they’re lacking motivation and how to ignite their motivation spark again.
