Student Coaching Programmes
Student coaching is at the heart of what we do. It’s what we love to deliver and it’s where our expertise and passion lies.
The Future Focus Coaching Programme
The Future Focus Programme is our flagship coaching programme that matches individuals or groups of students with a qualified coach.
Structured over 4-6 sessions, the programme provides individuals with the opportunity and space to identify with and realise a future that is right for them. We incorporate The Young People Index® as a key tool to help students learn about their natural energies and potential for impact in an inclusive and innovative way.
The programme nurtures students to apply that potential to shape a future that is right for them; a future in which they will thrive.
You can expect the following outcomes for students on our Future Focus programme:

I feel like I do have more control over my life, I can make the decisions that are right for me, I am learning to trust my judgement."
Future Focus+
For adult learners re-engaging with education
For the thousands of adult learners entering Higher Education or completing apprenticeships and workplace learning every year, we have created a bespoke Future Focus Programme (Future Focus+) to best support them and the unique perspectives that being an adult learner or mature student can bring.
Future Focus+ provides the support that adult learners need to explore how they feel about “studying again”, their mindset about being a learner, and the beliefs they hold. We help them to feel they are in the best place possible to make informed decisions about their future.
Set up as an online self-study programme, Future Focus+ helps learners to explore some of the limiting beliefs that could be stopping them from moving forward.
The programme consists of a series of videos, tools and workbooks which support learners to:
The programme is supported by an online community where learners can access additional resources, post reflections, find peer support and get their questions answered.
We also offer further support through group coaching sessions where programme topics can be explored in more depth with peers and an Inclusive Futures coach.
