DiSC® Personal Assessment
DiSC® is a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace.
It helps individuals and teams improve their understanding of themselves, their wider team and how to make the most of their skills and strengths individually and collectively.
DiSC® is an acronym for the four personality styles that make up the DISC model of behavior as we know them today: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). The DISC profile gives you insight into your personality style strengths, limitations, and communication preferences, as well as insight into communicating with other DISC personality types.
DiSC® can be run for an individual or as part of development for a whole team, accompanied by workshops that explore and embed learning and insight gained from completing the survey.
