The Process

Phase 1 – Foundational Learning

Here you will cover Principles of Coaching, ICF Ethical Framework, Coaching tools like Wheel of Life and more.

Phase 2 – Further Learning

Here you will cover Power Dynamics, Inclusive Coaching, Supporting Clients with Limiting Beliefs, Values and Strengths based Coaching and more.

Phase 3 – Elective Modules

Here you will cover two of the following: Neurodiversity Coaching, Grief and Loss Coaching, Young People Coaching, Burnout Coaching, Wellbeing Coaching .

Phase 4 – Completing your Diploma

Where you will submit your recordings for observations, feedback and Performance evaluation, attend mentoring sessions and complete your Reflective Case Study.
