What We’ve Been Up to with Organisations So Far This Year
The start of 2026 has been focused on deepening inclusive leadership capability from the inside out.
Across January and February, we’ve been working with organisations, managers and leaders who understand that inclusion isn’t just a value statement — it’s a leadership practice.
Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve been delivering so far this year.
Growing Leaders Through Inclusive Futures Academy and Our Diploma in Inclusive Coaching
Developing coaching skills for leaders in Bristol and across the UK – through our Inclusive Futures Academy.
We currently have multiple cohorts progressing through our Diploma in Inclusive Coaching, each at different stages of the journey.
The Diploma is designed for leaders, managers and people professionals who want to develop coaching skills through an inclusion-led lens — strengthening their ability to build trust, navigate difference and create psychologically safe environments, whilst gaining ICF* accreditation.
*ICF (International Coaching Federation) accreditation signifies a commitment to professional standards and ethical practices in coaching
Across these cohorts, we’re seeing:
• Shifts from directive to developmental conversations
• Increased confidence in navigating sensitive topics
• Deeper listening and questioning capability
• Critical reflection on bias, power and identity
If you’d like to explore the course in more detail or view upcoming dates, you can find everything here.
We are also now offering a Foundation in Inclusive Coaching course – if you want to experience the power of coaching without committing to a full programme. Read more here.

Our First In-Person Foundation in Inclusive Coaching Skills
On 27th and 28th January, we delivered our first in-person Foundation in Inclusive Coaching Skills of the year, in Central Bristol
Bringing leaders together in the room for two days of practical, immersive learning created space for deeper reflection, honest conversation and skill-building in real time.
This Foundation Programme equips participants with:
• Inclusive questioning techniques
• Tools to build psychological safety
• Greater awareness of identity and impact in leadership conversations
The response was overwhelmingly positive (see testimonials here) — and as a result, we’ve planned two further in-person programmes for later this year, in Bristol in May and June.

There is something uniquely powerful about learning inclusive coaching skills in community — practising live, receiving feedback and experiencing the impact directly.
Partnering with IMEX: Management 360 Reviews
We are currently working with IMEX, the leading global community for the meetings, events, and incentive travel industry, to deliver Management 360 Reviews for 29 senior managers.
Management 360 Reviews provide leaders with structured, confidential feedback from colleagues, direct reports and peers — offering a well-rounded view of leadership strengths and development areas.
What makes this work especially meaningful is how it connects directly to inclusive leadership:
• Leaders gain insight into how their behaviour is experienced by others
• Feedback opens space for reflective growth
• Coaching conversations help translate insight into action
We are thoroughly enjoying delivering this process and supporting senior leaders to reflect with honesty and integrity.
It’s an area we’re keen to expand further — as well-designed 360 reviews can be transformational when paired with skilled coaching.
