Derived from our Diploma in Inclusive Coaching, this in an in-person, practical, 2-day Foundation in Inclusive Coaching, designed for organisations who want to develop their people – without a huge training spend.

In just two days, participants will:

• Learn what inclusive coaching is — and how to use it
• Structure meaningful coaching conversations
• Understand coaching principles and core competencies
• Move beyond task-focused coaching to transformational impact
• Coach ethically, aligned with the ICF Ethical Framework
